Home sales at SummerGrove on record pace

January and February are traditionally slow months for homes sales in the real estate industry, but it has been anything but slow at SummerGrove in Coweta County. With over 63 homes sales in the past two months, SummerGrove is on its way to having another record-breaking sales year.

Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing for Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, credits the early 2004 success to word-of-mouth advertising.

“We have had over 1,200 home sales since the inception of SummerGrove and word is spreading quickly that SummerGrove is one of Atlanta’s best communities,” said Sullivan.

So, what’s the big draw at SummerGrove? “It’s in the master-planning,” said Sullivan. “Every inch of space was planned before the first home was started. Which means everything fits togetherhomes, amenities and natureand looks like it belongs.”

Sullivan also points out that every homeowner has access to an impressive array of resort-style amenities. SummerGrove’s unique amenity offerings include two water venues, a tennis complex, 100-acre Lake SummerGrove, walking trails and of course SummerGrove’s Golf Digest-ranked golf course.

There’s more to SummerGrove than just great amenities, Pathway Communities has assembled some of the best builders in the area to create a variety of homes in a wide range of prices.

“There’s something for everyone,” said Sullivan. “No matter what style you like or what price range you are looking in.”

Homes at SummerGrove range from the $130s to over $700,000 and vary in style from traditional to turn-of-the-century.
