New faces in new places in local real estate

Trevor Barbee, a Jonesboro area resident, is a new sales associate with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Barbee, who is new in the real estate field, received his training through the MLS Institute and Coldwell Banker Bullard Fast Start. He also holds a B.S. degree in professional aeronautics.

Sam Fleet is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Fleet, who took her pre-license courses through the MLS Institute, has been a resident of the Henry and Clayton County area for 30 years.

Now a Henry County resident, she is married to Roderick Fleet and has two daughters, Emma, 5, and Maddie, 1.

She and her husband coach soccer in Henry County.

D. Lewis Harris has rejoined Re/Max Advantage after over a year’s absence. When not working as a Realtor, Lewis prepares taxes and buys and sells second mortgages. He enjoys reading and writing in his spare time and he and his wife, Jan, travel extensively. Their daughter, Leslie, is entering Berry College this fall as a freshman.

Kimberly Hubbard is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Hubbard, who received her training through the Metrobrokers/GMAC pre-license class, holds an associates degree from DeKalb College. She was previously employed by John H. Harland Company for 11 years and Nova Information Systems for three years. She is a resident of Clayton County.

Matthew Johnson is now a sales association with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Johnson, who received his real estate training through the MLS Training Institute, joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty one and one-half years ago and has previously been working with the Penny Henderson Team. A resident of Henry County, he graduated from Eagle’s Landing High School and received an associate’s degree from Gordon College. He has also worked as an electrician.

Johnson is a member of Community Baptist Church.

Tracey O’Brien has joined Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty.

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, she has been a Georgia resident for nearly ten years. During that time she has directed a preschool and worked in advertising sales for a major newspaper.

She has been happily married for six years. In her spare time, she enjoys doing Yoga and reading. She resides in Peachtree City where she can often be found on the cart paths with her two dogs, Mazzy and Daisy.

Neal Pye has joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Newnan/Coweta County office as a sales associate.

A Newnan resident, Pye is a graduate of the Gaddy School of Real Estate and a member of the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors and the Georgia and National Associations of Realtors.

Pye began his working career with the Georgia Department of Transportation in traffic safety and design, plotting the mileage post of all state routes. He joined the Army, where he performed duties from instructor at the U. S. Army Signal School to nuclear custodial agent. Leaving the military, he used his technical knowledge and joined Union Carbide, where he became the top I&C technician at site within one year. He was able to secure a position with Yokogawa in Newnan in 1983 and while with Yokogawa, he held positions ranging from the first American service engineer to the Service Division business administrator. Later, he moved to a local consulting company.

Susan (Cassidy) Ragsdale is a new sales associate with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Ragsdale, who has been in real estate for seven months and who received her training through the MLS institute, has a background in office sales. She is a resident of Walton County and a member of Liberty Church.

Marie Rich has recently joined Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty in Peachtree City as a sales associate. She is originally from Boston but has lived in Peachtree City for nearly 10 years. For the last 20 years she has been coaching competitive gymnastics.  She and her husband, Paul, have two children.

Kean Rolston of Conyers is a new agent with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Rolston, who got her training at the Georgia Institute of Real Estate, holds a degree in business management from Rutgers University. She has 13 years of experience as a financial adviser.

Bobby Spradlin who recently moved to the Newnan area has joined RE/MAX Results at Thomas Crossroads. He is a member of the National Board of Realtors, Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors and the Georgia MLS.

A graduate of Hogansville High School and Motlow Community College in McMinnville, Tenn., he is married to Janice (Smith) Spradlin, an instructional support specialist at Ruth Hill Elementary School. They have two daughters who attend Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tenn.

Jennifer Stewart has joined Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty as a sales associate.

After several years of working in the insurance industry, she has gone back to her roots. Raised in a real estate family, she states that her upbringing influenced her decision to start her new real estate career.

A native of Oklahoma, she moved to the Atlanta area over three years ago. She currently resides with her husband in Fayetteville. In her spare time, she enjoys antiquing and spending time with her two dogs.

Faith Ware has joined the Jonesboro office of Re/Max Advantage as a licensed assistant to Sylvia Ervin. The New Jersey native has lived in Atlanta four years. A graduate of MLS in Morrow, Faith and her husband, Ervin, have two children, Doshon and Deavon.
