Birth Announcements Colby Alexander Hembree Baylee Elizabeth Hembree Brandon and Marie Hembree of Sharpsburg announce the birth of twins, a son, Colby Alexander, and a daughter, Baylee Elizabeth, born Feb. 13, 2004. Colby Alexander, born at 5:35 p.m., weighed 5 lbs., 2 oz., and was 171/4 inches long. Baylee Elizabeth, born at 5:45 p.m., weighed 6 lbs. 10 oz., and was 191/2 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Gerald and Sharon Hickman of Pasco, Wash. Paternal grandparents are Wayne and Regina Hembree of Tyrone.
