Husband arrested for violating court order

A Morrow man was arrested Friday for violating a temporary protective order by assaulting his wife at her Fayetteville home, according to a warrant filed for his arrest.

Andrew Scott Ouzts, 28, is charged with one felony count of aggravated stalking.

The warrant, which was sought by the victim, said Ouzts put his hands on the victim’s neck and slammed her head against a wall after breaking into the back of the residence Thursday afternoon. Ouzts then began to lead the victim to a back room, but the assault was interrupted by a phone call, the warrant indicated.

Ouzts is being held without bond at the Fayette County Jail.
