Wedding And Engagement Announcements Swanagan-Weitzel Nancy Swanagan of Fayetteville and Jeffery Swanagan of Atlanta announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Swanagan, to Stephen Matthew Weitzel, son of Terry and Sybil Weitzel of Newnan. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otho Perkins of Columbus, Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Swanagan of Hammondsville, Ohio, and the late Marion Jean VanPelt. Following a May, 2004, graduation from Fayette County High School, she will attend Clayton College and State University, majoring in biology and pre-veterinary science. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew (Buzz) Stone of Lovejoy and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Weitzel of Woodstock. A 2003 graduate of Fayette County High School, he attends the Georgia Institute of Technology where he is pursuing a degree in management along with a minor in French.
