Birth Announcements Blake Stephen Carter Wendy and Todd Carter of Loganville announce the birth of their first child, Blake Stephen Carter, born at 3:45 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2003, at Gwinnett Medical Center. Blake weighed 8 lbs., 8 oz., and was 20 inches long. Grandparents are Mike and Janet Dawkins of Fayetteville and Don and Dianne Carter of Loganville. What do you think of this story?
