Stephens named director of Bullard’s Relocation Department

Freda Stephens has been named Relocation Director for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia.

Stephens, who has worked in real estate for 14 years, has been a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Bullard since fall of 1999, when Coldwell Banker Jim Butcher Properties merged with the Bullard organization. Since January 2002, she has also served as training director for the company’s McDonough/Henry County office. She is a Lifetime Member of the Metro South Association of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club.

Steve Bullard, owner and president of Coldwell Banker Bullard, said he has already been impressed with the creativity and enthusiasm Stephens has brought to to job. “Just after she took over the department, she came up with a promotion which resulted in five outgoing referrals in one day,” he said.

Coldwell Banker Bullard has three fulltime employees, including Stephens, in the Relocation Department, which is housed in the company headquarters in Jonesboro. Julie Soriano is incoming referral coordinator, and Linda Jones is outgoing referral coordinator. In addition, 77 agents from the company’s eight offices, who receive special training through Cendant Mobility, handle the Relocation Department’s listings and work with buyers. “We assist families who are relocating, whether they are moving across the country or to another country,” said Stephens.

With the largest Relocation Department in the area it serves, Coldwell Banker Bullard is the principal broker for Cendant Mobility in the Metro South of area and recently also became principal broker for Rockdale County in East Metro. This area includes Clayton, Fayette, Henry, Butts, Coweta, South Fulton, Spalding, Lamar, Rockdale, Newton and South DeKalb counties.

Cendant Mobility Broker Network is the premier broker-to-broker network affiliated with Cendant Mobility, the world’s premier relocation company and recognized leader in all market segments it serves, including corporate, military, and government relocation; international assignment and consulting services; and affinity programs. Cendant Mobility is a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD).

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has offices in Jonesboro, Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers, plus an affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, in Conyers. The company, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago.
