Wednesday, February 11, 2004 SummerGrove leads Coweta sales in 2003, poised for a successful 2004 The year 2003 was a good one for Newnan’s SummerGrove. The community had over 280 home sales for the year and is rapidly approaching 1,300 sales since the community’s inception in 1998. The stellar great home sales in 2003 landed the community with Coweta’s number ranking and is one of the top-sellers in the Atlanta area. Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, believes there are multiple reasons for SummerGrove’s success, “Outstanding amenities, variety of home styles and price ranges, its elite builder team, and its desirable Newnan location are key factors for SummerGrove home buyers when making a purchase decision.” SummerGrove’s top-selling features include over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a 100-acre lake, a tennis complex, a competition-size swimming pool, and an 18-hole public golf course.
