Fulton Court now open in Peachtree City

Richard Simms has announced the opening of Fulton Park, a new office/warehouse park on Fulton Court, which runs off Huddleston Road in Peachtree City.

Simms, who developed and built the park through his GLP, LLC company, said, “We set out to build affordable office/warehouse space for small businesses in a very convenient Peachtree City location.” He added that the units were designed as “flex space” so that they can easily be modified to meet the needs of any kind of business.

There are eight units in the first phase, each with 1,450 sq. ft. of space. Each unit includes an office, a bathroom and a large warehouse area accessed through a garage door, plus a bonus space upstairs. The entire space is air conditioned, making it easy to add offices. Simms said the buildings are very attractive with brick and stucco exteriors and architectural shingles. “The rent is very affordable at $825 per month,” he noted.

“Fulton Court, which is near the intersection of Highways 54 and 75, is convenient to everything,” said Simms. “The Post Office, UPS, Home Depot, Wal-Mart and The Avenue are close by, and there is a mini-storage facility across the street for extra business storage, if this is needed.”

The park is included in the 54 West Corridor Overlay, which will control the future development of the area and ensure its high quality. “I believe that as time goes by, our tenants will see this location get more and more attractive, and with the road improvements coming soon, it will be more convenient than ever,” said Simms.

Richard Simms is a longtime Peachtree City builder/developer who has earned the Builder of the Year award from the City of Peachtree City.
