Parks & Mottola celebrates one year in Calumet Business Park

On Jan. 6, Parks & Mottola, Inc. celebrated one year at its new office in the Calumet Business Park.

After 17 years at its Jackson Street location in the historic Arnall-Mann house, Parks & Mottola moved into its new offices. Located off the 34 Bypass (Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd.) next door to Newnan Coweta Bank, the new office has filled the growing company’s need for additional space. Nearly 40 real estate agents are currently on staff with Parks & Mottola.

“Our first office served us well, but our growth dictated the need for a larger facility,” explained broker Jim Mottola. “We are pleased with our new location and the amenities a new building offers.”

Parks & Mottola continues to maintain its sales office in Lake Redwine Plantation. Plans for additional, off-site sales centers are also in the works as construction begins on new Coweta neighborhoods marketed by Parks & Mottola.

Calumet Business Park is home to several other companies, including Tomco Construction, Tommy Hooks’ State Farm Insurance office, Inova Capital, LLC, Rolling Pin Manufacturing Corp., and OutMed, with additional commercial space available for other businesses.
