Arnberg named qualifying broker

Tom Lamberth, president and COO of Russell Lands, Inc., recently named Steven Arnberg director of real estate sales and qualifying broker for Russell Lands.

The newly created position will place Arnberg over all real estate sales at Russell Lands, including the Willow Point and Dadeville offices.

Steve has over 20 years experience in real estate serving as qualifying broker for Century 21-Arnberg Realty in Montgomery and most recently for Emerald Mountain in Wetumpka. Steve has also successfully managed several residential construction companies.

“Steve is highly qualified for this position,” Lamberth said. “His experience in real estate and residential construction along with his community involvement will be a great asset to our company.”

Steve is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery and is currently pursuing a master of divinity Degree.  He is an active member of First Baptist Church of Alexander City. In his free time he enjoys hunting, physical fitness, reading and community involvement. Steve and his wife Paula have two sons, Benjamin and Daniel.

Russell Lands owns over 25,000 acres of timberlands in Central Alabama including substantial land holdings on Lake Martin. The company’s other assets include several hundred lakeside rental homes, four full service marinas including over 1,000 dry stack storage slips, five Russell Do it Centers, one Russell Do it Express and an energy business. Russell Lands also owns and operates Willow Point Golf and Country Club.
