Wedding AnnouncementsKibler-Smith Tom and Jean Kibler of Brooks and Scott and Leslie Vaigneur of Ridgeland, S.C., announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Margaret Parsons Kibler, to William McBrayer Smith, son of William F. Smith Jr. of Fayetteville and the late Robyn Doyal Smith. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jane Gray Kibler and the late Thomas William Kibler Sr. of Glen Allen, Va., and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Hawkins, also of Glen Allen, Va. She is a 1996 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2000 graduate of the State University of West Georgia where she received a degree in early childhood education. She teaches kindergarten at Crabapple Lane Elementary in Peachtree City. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. B.E. Doyal of Villa Rica, and the late Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Smith Sr. of Forsyth. He is a 1991 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 1996 graduate of Gordon College. He presently is studying real estate appraisal at the Gaddy School in Peachtree City and is employed with Delta Air Lines. The wedding will be Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at 6 p.m., at Fayette Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow at the Hollingsworth House. Following a honeymoon in Amelia Island, Fla., the couple will reside in Fayetteville.
