ObituariesLouise H. McNiel Louise H. McNiel, 99, Fayetteville, died April 16, 2004. She was born Jan. 6, 1905 in Turin, Coweta County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy S. McNiel. Graveside services were at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, with the Rev. Chuck Chambers officiating. Survivors include brothers, Lee Hunter, Peachtree City, and George Hunter, Fayetteville; and a sister, Jeanette H. Bliss, Naples, Fla. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge. James Betsill James Betsill, 63, Fayetteville, died April 16, 2004. He was born Jan. 11, 1941 in Fulton County. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Ed Lynch officiating. Interment was at the Banks Cemetery, Fayetteville. Survivors include his wife, Betty Betsill, Fayetteville; children, James Thomas and Marie Betsill, Zebulon, Betty Jean and Jon Mason, Griffin, Douglas Betsill, Fayetteville, and Cathy and Jeff White, Peachtree City; grandchildren, Nicole Smallwood, Christina Betsill, Cory White, Chastity Betsill, Tyler White, and Makenzie Mason; mother, Ruby Betsill, Fayetteville; brothers, Clarence Betsill, and Paul Betsill, both of Fayetteville; and a sister, Mary Jo and Albert Fuller, Homer, Ga. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Walton Sims. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with Minister Aubrey Johnson officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City.
