Birth Announcements Noah James Boggs Matthew and April Boggs of Fayetteville announce the birth of their son, Noah James Boggs, born at 8:37 a.m. on Jan. 13, 2004, at Henry Medical Center in Stockbridge. Noah weighed 6 lbs., 8.5 oz., and was 191/2 inches long. Grandparents are James R. and Joan Martin and Charles W. and Jane Boggs, all of Lake City, Tenn.
