Tax information now on-line

Anyone with access to the World-Wide Web can now learn the assessed value of any Fulton County residential or commercial property.

Beginning this month, all property assessed by the Fulton County Board of Assessors can be found on the www.myfultoncountyga.us website. Click on the “View Property Information” link in the “I Want To …..” section.

“Properties are listed by street address rather than by name,” said Fulton County Chief Appraiser John Cunningham. “The site is easy to use and in many cases provides a sketch of the structure, plot size, photo, basic information about any buildings, and the parcel identification number. Also, the web site contains the property’s assessed value as established by the Fulton County Board of Assessors, and the most recent sales history.”

“The Board of Assessors is excited about bringing this new service to Fulton residents.”

Sarah Falling (left), manager of the Board of Assessors Customer Service Office, and John Cunningham, the county’s chief appraiser, review the new site. For more information, call the Customer Service Office at 404-730-6440.

Other helpful information such as forms and documents are available on the site.
