Wednesday, January 14, 2004 McCurty to head Carolina division Gramm & Associates, a full-service real estate development and marketing company specializing in new home communities, today announced the promotion of Lleda McCurty from new homes sales agent to Community Sales Manager for Gramm Representatives, the Carolina Division. The announcement comes on the heels of a highly successful year for the company, which included the southeast expansion into North and South Carolina. “This is an exciting time for the company as we continue to grow. Lleda is an excellent sales agent and understands the whole process of real estate from working with the builder down to the buyer,” said Rhonda Gramm Gailey, vice president and broker. “Lleda brings a passion and attitude to everything she does and we’re confident that she will excel in her new management position and lead us forward as we continue to grow.” McCurty will be responsible for overseeing the operation of new home communities in North and South Carolina. She will work closely with on-site sales agents, manage on-site marketing and assist with new home sales training. McCurty has been in the real estate industry for over 6 years and joined Gramm & Associates in March of 2003. “I’m thrilled at the opportunity to join the management team,” said McCurty. “I’ve had the opportunity of witnessing our company grow over the years and become a leader in this industry. Soon, Gramm will have the same name recognition in the Carolinas as it does here in Georgia and I am honored to be a part of that.” McCurty holds a Georgia, North and South Carolina real estate license. She has won several sales awards including top producer for Coldwell Banker Bullard in 1998, Tim Jones Communities Agent of the Month for 4 consecutive months and top producing agent for 2000, as well as the 2001 National Association of Home Builders Million Dollar Circle Gold Award for $6.8 million of transactions in 2000. After selling successfully as an on-site agent for Gramm, she became an elite member of Gramm’s Million Dollar Club. She is happily married and currently resides in Charlotte.
