Wednesday, January 14, 2004 Daughtry named Lake View agent Susan Daughtry has been named as Brayson Homes’ on-site agent in Lake View, the company’s residential community in Union City. Daughtry, who has been in real estate for two and one-half years, has been with Brayson Homes since July. A Lawrenceville resident, she has previous experience in new home sales, and she holds the Certified Sales Professional designation from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Lake View, which will consist of 186 single family homes, is located on Highpoint Road, which runs off U.S. Highway 29. The two- and three-bedroom homes are priced from $115,900 to $140,740, and both ranch and two-story designs are available. Only seven homes remain unsold in Phase I of the community, which had 74 homesites. There have already been three sales in the second phase, which has 112 lots. The exterior of the homes in Lake View’s Phase II are of durable and long-lasting fiber cement with brick fronts, and these homes contain a long list of special features, including luxurious master retreats, custom and designer cabinets, vaulted ceilings (per plan), wood-burning fireplaces, a package of energy-saving items, and an attached garage.
