First homeowners welcomed to Governors Row

John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods recently welcomed its first homeowners to Governors Row, Wieland’s newest neighborhood in Peachtree City.

Wieland President Eric Price presented Lynn and Debbie Routon with a picnic blanket to welcome them to Governors Row, an enclave of 28 homesites featuring Wieland’s Heritage Home Collection with prices from the high $300s.

Homes at Governors Row range from 2,700 to more than 3,000 square feet and boast traditional architecture featuring inviting front porches, unique detailing and innovative interiors. The traditional neighborhood architecture will combine the charm of the small towns of the past with the technology of today to create a very special place to call home.

Located off Ga. Highway 54 on Walt Banks Road, Governors Row provides an excellent Peachtree City address with the convenience of nearby shopping and dining, as well as access to over 80 miles of Peachtree City’s golf cart paths.

Lynn and Debbie Routon are natives to Peachtree City and veteran homebuyers in the Fayette County area. Debbie is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Prudential and Lynn is an executive with BellSouth. They are thrilled with their new home and its convenient location across from McIntosh High School.

For more information on the limited opportunities at Governors Row, please contact Neighborhood Sales Manager Ruth Barnes at 678-364-8323. The sales center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
