New faces in new places

Daniel K. Boynton has joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s McDonough/Henry County office as a sales associate.

Boynton, who was formerly in manufacturing managing for more than 18 years, is a resident of Henry County.

He is a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson.

Lynn Carpenter is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Carpenter, who received her training through the MLS Institute, is originally from State College, Penn., and her aunt, uncle and cousin are real estate agents in Philipsburg, Penn. She graduated in 1993 from Clearfield County Technical College, specializing in medical assisting.

A resident of the Ellenwood area of Clayton County, she has a bulldog named Daisy and a Jack Russell named Reno.

Peter J. Swisher is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Swisher, a retired military officer who is a firefighter/paramedic with the Cobb County Fire Department, is a resident of Coweta County. He and his wife Angela have one son, Ryan, 12.

A member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church where he serves as music minister, he is Scoutmaster of Troop 50, Boy Scouts of America, and he is a Life Member of the Reserve Officer’s Association of the USA and a member of the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF).

Erin Witham is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A resident of Butts County, she received her training through the MLS Institute in

Morrow.

She is the fiancee of Jesse Tyndall; has two sons, Jacob and Jeremiah Tyndall, and gave birth Dec. 6 to the couple’s first daughter, Jacy Drew Tyndall.
