Martin named to Sams School board By CAROLYN CARY The Joseph Sams School, Inc. has announced the appointment of Arnold L. Martin III to its board of directors. Martin is founder and CEO of Absolute Lending & Mortgage LLC. He lives with his wife, Gina, and daughters Jillian and Sage in Fayetteville. A graduate of Morehouse College in 1989 with a B. A. in real estate finance, Martin worked as a real estate appraiser and a loan officer before starting his own company. He is also president of Father’s Auxiliary, Jack & Jill of America, Fayette County area chapter, and is on the advisory board of Fayette County United Way. “I am looking forward to serving on The Joseph Sams School’s board,” he said, “to help enhance the education and lives of wonderful children, and help them overcome their challenges.” The Joseph Sams School is located at 280 Brandywine Boulevard in Fayetteville.
