Talley bows out from F’ville council seat

Last Thursday evening was the final council meeting for outgoing Fayetteville City Councilman Bill Talley.

Talley declined to run for re-election, citing family and business concerns.

Mayor Ken Steele said Talley has contributed much to the city and would be “sorely missed.”

“He has been an integral part of the decision making process,” Steele said. “We hope to keep him involved with the city.”
