Man arrested for injuring youngster A Hampton man was arrested for smacking a 3-year-old boy in the face with his hand at a Fayette residence. Jeffrey Parramore, 22, intended to injure the child, according to warrants taken for his arrest filed by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department. Parramore was arrested for one felony count of cruelty to children and released on a $10,000 bond authorized by Magistrate James A. White. What do you think of this story?
