Man busted for pawning tools he said were stolen By JOHN MUNFORD A south Fayette man was arrested Thursday for pawning tools he had previously reported stolen in a police report. William Kevin Dilbeck, 31, was charged with making a false crime report, a misdemeanor. He originally told a detective with the Fayette County Sheriffs Department that the tools were stolen on May 26, but he later pawned the tools in question at Cash America Pawn on Sept. 20, according to the warrants for his arrest.
