Wednesday, December 10, 2003 Pinehurst joins Heron Bay in decorating for holidays Pinehurst, Brayson Homes’ neighborhood in Heron Bay Golf & Country Club, is joining the other communities in decorating for the Christmas holidays. Brandie Corbin, Brayson Homes’ on-site agent in Pinehurst, said the decorations will be in place in the community’s model homes by Friday, Dec. 5, and will be displayed through Christmas. The Pinehurst model home is open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 1-5 p.m. on Sundays. Heron Bay is Minerva Properties’ 1,150-acre resort styled, master planned community in Henry and Spalding Counties. It is located on Hwy. 155 approximately five miles from Exit 216 of Interstate 75. Pinehurst at Heron Bay, which is in the Henry County portion of the development, is directly across from the community’s amenities area. Pinehurst, which will have a total of 129 homes with prices from the high $140,000s to the mid $170,000s, has already recorded 10 new home sales since its opening.
