New CRS Pathways officers installed

Certified Residential Specialist is a designation recognized as the Ph. D. of residential real estate. CRS agents are members of the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, that provides advanced real estate-related education to its members.

Only about 5 percent of NAR members are Certified Residential Specialists, but nationwide they are involved in about 25 percent of residential real estate transactions.

Several new CRS Pathways officers were sworn in by state CRS president Julie Leverett Oct. 28 at the Fayette County Board of Realtors office. They include President Win Wilson, President-Elect Cindy Davidson, Vice President Lynn Amos, Secretary Stephen Walker and Treasurer Dorothy Reinecke.

CRS Pathways is a subchapter serving Carroll, Clayton, Coweta, Fayette, Henry, Meriwether, Pike and Spalding counties.
