New faces in new places in local real estate

Linda Brooker has joined Donna O’Kelly Realtors, Inc. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in business with a major in marketing. Previously with Prudential Georgia Realty, she has sold residential real estate since 2000. She is a nationally designated Buyers Agent and specializes in helping buyers purchase HUD foreclosed properties. She has lived in Fayette County for 18 years and is married with 3 children. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Tresa Lingler has joined Donna O’Kelly Realtors, Inc. She is a graduate of King’s College in Charlotte and has extensive corporate experience in accounting and business administration. Previously with Prudential Georgia Realty, she has earned and Accredited Buyers Representation designation, Prudential Million & Multi-Million Dollar recognition and Fayette Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club Member 2002. She has successfully closed real estate transactions in Coweta, Fayette and Henry counties. She is also experienced with corporate clientele relocations. Being a native of Georgia and a resident of Peachtree City for 11 years has been valuable in keeping her clients well informed on the local and surrounding areas. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Carla Nestor has joined the Jackson/Butts County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She spent 31 years in public education as a school counselor and has been a resident of Butts County for the past 14 years.

Sheri Sears has joined the Jackson/Butts County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She formerly worked with a Henry County-based real estate company.

Sonya Webb has joined the Jackson/Butts County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She has been a resident of Butts County for 19 years, comes to real estate after 30 years in education, 17 of those in the Butts County School System.
