Wednesday, December 10, 2003 Board installs new president The Fayette County Board of Realtors’ recent holiday reception will be one to remember. Outgoing president Joanie Keller brought everyone to their feet and announced that the greatest gift to be given to a new president was indeed the very members themselves. Incoming president Terri Kellerman was installed by her broker, Anne Minter of Century 21 Southern Crescent. Officers and Directors were installed by past president, Kathy Murphy of Prudential Georgia.Kudos toStephen Walker and Donna Wood whose musical talents once again stilled the room with “Let There Be Peace on Earth” and “She Did It Her Way.” The funds raised from Noel November were presented to this year’s recipients by Cindy Davidson and Noel November Committee with a wonderful spirit of love and appreciation as recipients accepted their checks and thanked all contributors. Another highlight to the evening’s festivities was the presentation of the Gratitude Award, which was given to Dick Steele “aka Santa Claus”, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, for his longtime contribution to Noel November as the jolly ol’ elf, Santa. Congratulations to the new 2004 Leadership Team and a heartfelt thanks to all 2003 volunteers. It’s been a great year.
