Suspect who mouthed off to girl on cart path indicted By JOHN MUNFORD A Peachtree City man who was caught moments after making lurid comments to a 13-year-old girl on the cart path system off McIntosh Trail in August has been indicted by a Fayette County Grand Jury. Aaron Matthew Tate, 19, of 179 Rockspray Ridge was indicted for enticing a child for indecent purposes and obstruction of a police officer, both felony charges. Tate was apprehended after a Peachtree City police officer stopped to investigate when he drove by and noticed the girl crying while he was responding to another call. Also the grand jury has indicted former pro football player Gregory Lloyd for aggravated assault. Lloyd, whose age was not listed, of 215 Pebble Beach Dr., Fayetteville, allegedly put a handgun in the mouth of his now 14-year-old son between Feb. 28 and March 31 of 2001. And a Peachtree City woman was also indicted for 29 counts of theft by taking for cashing checks from her former employer, Rolling Heights Baptist Church of Fayetteville. According to the indictment, Sandra Holliday Mullins, 44, of 804 Broken Bow Dr., cashed checks totaling just under $6,000 during a time frame that began in July 2001. These indictments were made public late November. Others indicted were: • Randolph Keith Axson III, 36, of 203 Flat Creek Ct., Peachtree City for child molestation. • Davon Lamall Berry, 23, of 100 Heath Way, Fayetteville for sexual exploitation of children. Police allege he took photos of a partially-clad 15-year-old girl. • Kevin Black, 38, 1530 Grover Dale Dr., Savannah, for trafficking cocaine. • Matthew Ryan Blake, 17, of 275 Lakepoint Lane, Fayetteville for three counts of theft by taking. • Mike Carter, 20, of 107 Pheasant Ridge, Peachtree City for rape. • Aloysius Terrell Davis, no age listed, of 276 River Chase Dr., Jonesboro, for burglary. • Rick Michael Deraney, 17, of 100 Rocky Knoll Trace, Fayetteville, for burglary and theft by taking. • Reoco McElroy Darden, no age listed of 8263 Chestnut Dr., Jonesboro, for trafficking cocaine. • Jahmall Darnell Dowell, 22, address unknown, for theft by taking. • Clifford Allen Dyal, no age listed, of 1560 Flynt St., Griffin, for aggravated assault. • Donald Watson Eadie Jr., 25, of 274 Malone Rd., Fayetteville for aggravated assault. • William Mark Goodson, no age listed, of 69 Spring Forest Ct., Sharpsburg, for acquisition of a controlled substance by forgery. • Jason Brett Graves, 29, of 224 Omin Road, Fayetteville, for aggravated stalking and criminal damage to property in the second degree. • Christopher Gray, 32, of 506 Concept 21 Circle, Austell, for trafficking in cocaine. • Alan Rishawn Green, no age listed, address unknown, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). • Demarius Hall, 31, of 211 Woodpark Dr., Dalton, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and speeding. • Charles David Harper, no age listed, of 100A Fruitwood Trace, Riverdale for aggravated assault. • Tracy Rene Hedgecock, no age listed, of 24789 Hembree Dr., Marietta for trafficking in cocaine. • David Patrick Hepp, 38, of 342 Welton Way, Peachtree City for two counts of aggravated assault, one count of simple battery and three counts of reckless conduct. • Bobby Ralph Holtzclaw, 64, of 425 Brown Rd., Fayetteville for two counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of aggravated sexual battery. • Robert Thomas Huddleston Sr., 66, of 301 Swanbrook Dr., Fayetteville for criminal damage to property in the second degree and theft by taking. • Johnny Jordan, 40, of 6042 N.
