Wednesday, November 12, 2003 Legacy Hills model open at Eagle's Landing Legacy Hills, a neighborhood of upscale homes on estate lots in the Eagle's Landing Country Club community, is now celebrating the grand opening of Lundstrom Homes' new furnished model home. The homes are situated on homesites averaging 1.3 acres in size, and a swim/tennis membership is included with the price of a homesite. Seven of the homes have already been pre-sold. Lundstrom Homes' model home, the Portifino, is priced at $839,000. Eagle's Landing is located at the intersection of I-75 and Eagle's Landing Parkway (Exit 224) in Stockbridge. One of the largest and most successful private country club developments in the metro Atlanta area, the community brings a distinctive blend of championship golf, master planned amenities, elegant homes, and supporting commercial, industrial and professional facilities to a location just one minute off an interstate highway.
