Wednesday, November 12, 2003 The Terrace at Eagles Landing has grand opening for Phase III The final 50 homesites are now available in the third phase of The Terrace at Eagles Landing, a new neighborhood in the Eagles Landing master-planned community. Majestic Residential LLC, the builder in the neighborhood, has opened the Phoenix, its new furnished model home. This plan has three bedrooms, two baths, formal living and dining rooms, plus a sitting room off the master suite. The Realtors Kickoff Party, featuring a Halloween theme, was held Oct. 30 in the model home. The price range of homes in The Terrace is from $148,000 to $174,000. "We have three-, four- and five-bedroom plans available to choose from, as well as basement homes," said Sharon Patterson, broker for the Eagles Landing Sales Center. "Eight homes are currently under construction." Patterson noted that Majestic Residential includes features such as solid surface countertops, hardwood floors, 42-in. cabinets, and stainless steel appliances as standard items "where most builders in this price range would offer these only as upgrades." The Terrace has its own amenities area with a swimming pool, cabana and tot lot. The neighborhood is located near Exit 222 (Jodeco Road) of Interstate 75. More information about this neighborhood can be obtained by calling Amy Jackson or Laura Bramble at 678-432-7232. The model home is open daily from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Located just off I-75, Eagles Landing is one of the largest and most successful private country club developments in the metro Atlanta area. The community brings a distinctive blend of championship golf, master-planned amenities, elegant homes, and supporting commercial, industrial and professional facilities. The 3,000-acre community has a variety of home sizes and styles in five distinct neighborhoods, with prices from $120,000 to over $1 million. The developer of Eagles Landing, Killearn Properties, began developing communities in the Tallahassee, FL, area in 1964 with two 4,000-acre master-planned communities, Killearn Estates and Killearn Lakes Plantation, which includes Golden Eagle. Since entering the Georgia market, the company has developed Eagles Landing, and current projects include Eagles Brooke near Locust Grove, Waterfall Country Club at Lake Burton, and Kingwood Resort in the North Georgia mountains. In the planning stages is a golf community in Fulton County.
