Wednesday, November 12, 2003 Gramm expands to Carolinas Gramm & Associates, Inc., a leading, full-service real estate development company specializing in new home communities, has announced its expansion to North and South Carolina, solidifying its presence in the marketing of new home communities and new home sales in the Southeast U.S. Eight new home communities in the Charlotte metro area are underway, with openings scheduled between the fall and winter of 2003. While Gramm & Associates' corporate headquarters will remain in Atlanta, Charlotte is home to more Fortune 500 company headquarters than all but five other U.S. cities. Most recently, Lowe's announced that it will be building a 1.2-million-square-foot campus facility in Mooresville, right outside Charlotte, causing an estimated 8,000 new jobs to be created in the area.
