Wednesday, November 12, 2003 Surfus marks 23 years Sam Surfus is a seasoned veteran of the residential real estate business in Georgia. He has just celebrated his 23nd year selling Real Estate. His sales have primarily been in Fayette, Coweta, and Clayton counties. He has participated in nearly 1,000 sales during his tenure in the business. Surfus has received numerous prestigious awards from the companies he's worked for and from the Board of Realtors, including 7 times top agent for his office, Man of the Year of a 13 office company, member of Re/Max Hall of Fame, and Who's Who in Georgia Real Estate, Lifetime Member Million Dollar Club, Active Phoenix (20 years in Million Dollar Club). Further, he has earned the coveted "Atlanta Top 100" 5 years in a row. This award is earned when the agent ranks in the top 100 out of all Metro Atlanta agents, which is usually 15,000-20,000 agents. A husband (wife Kina is his licensed real estate assistant for nearly 15 years), a father of four children, a grandfather of six children (soon to be seven), an elder in the Peachtree City Christian Church and Sunday School teacher -- he teaches and lives the Golden Rule at work and in the home.
