Wednesday, November 12, 2003 Home buyer workshop scheduled at Walden Lake Brayson Homes is hosting a Home Buyers Workshop Saturday, Nov. 15, at a model home in its Walden Lake condominiums development in Decatur. In putting on the workshop, Brayson Homes is working with the Home Buyers Assistance Foundation to provide a free workshop and one-on-one counseling to support individuals throughout the entire home buying process. The workshop will be held from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., and reservations are necessary since seating is limited. Complimentary refreshments will be served. Each attendee will receive a certificate entitling the bearer to purchase a new Brayson home with as little as $500 down. Details of this promotion can be obtained from the agent in the community.
