New faces in new places in local real estate

Phyllis Abbott has joined Kelly Anne Marie of Re/Max Advantage in Stockbridge as her licensed assistant. Both are members of Women's Council of Realtors, and Abbott has just recently accepted the position of Chairman of the Sponsorship Committee for next year.

Meredith Green has joined Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City office.

A Fayetteville native and current resident, she is a graduate of Fayette County High School and Gordon College. She concentrates on residential real estate and first-time home buyers in Fayette, Clayton and Coweta counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Diane Henebry has joined Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty as a full-time sales associate in Peachtree City. She has met the state real estate licensing requirements and completed the Coldwell Banker Fast Start Program, a comprehensive training program.

Henebry is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in interior design and a M.A in marketing. She is an active member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and the American Society of Interior Designers. She is a native of Mitchell, S.D., and has lived in Peachtree City for over 17 years.

Norman Jones is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A resident of Henry County, he completed the pre-licensing course at Clayton College and

State University. He is married to Jennifer Jones, and they have one son, William.

Carlos A. Junca is a new agent with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Peachtree City resident, he is married to Martha L. Junca and has three children: Santiago, 22, Andrea, 21, and Stephanie, 18.

He is a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Mark Lawson is a new associate with Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate in Peachtree City.

Kay McInroe has joined Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City office.

A native of India and fluent in Hindi, Kay graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Delhi. Now residing in Peachtree City with her husband and two children, she concentrates on residential real estate in Fayette County. Professionally, Kay is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors.

In her spare time, she assists with fund-raising efforts for the Children's Cancer Research Fund and St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.

Natalie Milner is a new associate with Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate in Peachtree City.

Nick Orth has joined Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty as a full-time sales associate in Peachtree City. He has met the state real estate licensing requirements and completed the Coldwell Banker Fast Start Program, a comprehensive training program.

Orth is a graduate of Spartan School of Aeronautics and has his airman’s certificate. He is a native of Wichita, Kan., and currently resides in Fayetteville. Orth has 15 years experience in residential real estate building and investments and is an active member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.

Kenn Young has joined Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty as a full-time sales associate in Peachtree City. He has met the state real estate licensing requirements and completed the Coldwell Banker Fast Start Program, a comprehensive training program.

Young was first licensed to practice real estate in Florida in 1979 and has 25 years experience in marketing and advertising with BellSouth. He is a native of Rome and Clayton, Ga., served in the United States Marine Corps, and attended Palm Beach College in West Palm Beach, Fla. Young is also an active member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.
