Engagements Announcements


Brown-Blythe

Donald and Lauren Davis of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Christin Brown, to Russell Edward Blythe, son of Roger and Sarah Blythe, also of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Fayette County High School. She presently is a student at the University of Georgia in Athens where she is pursuing a degree in business management and will graduate in May 2004. She currently is employed as an account manager at MDdatacor, Inc. in Atlanta.
The groom-elect is a 1997 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2001 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in biology. He will graduate from the University of Georgia School of Law in May 2004, and will be employed by King and Spalding, LLP, in Atlanta.
The wedding will be in mid-October, 2004, at the First United Methodist Church in Greensboro. Following a honeymoon, the couple will reside in Fayetteville.

Lyons-Spikes

Mrs. Dorothy Williams and Reginald Williams of Peachtree City and Theodore Lyons of Miami, Fla. announce the engagement of their daughter, Anastasia Sunshine Lyons, to Darian Leo Spikes, son of Mrs. Joanne Spikes of Fayetteville and the late William Leo Spikes.
The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of McIntosh High School. She attended American InterContinental University and is executive assistant to the president of an international corporate consulting firm.
The future groom is a graduate of Riverside High School He attended the State University of West Georgia and is owner and operator of KFC franchisees.
The wedding will be Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003, at 5 p.m. at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton.
After a honeymoon in Italy, the couple will reside in Atlanta.
