Revival this week in Senoia

Once again this October, the Senoia United Methodist Church anticipates special fall Revival Services beginning Sunday at 7p.m. and continuing Monday and Tuesday at the same time. Each revival service will be preceded by a covered-dish meal in the church's fellowship hall. A children's nursery will be provided for the worship services.

This year Senoia United Methodist Church is most excited to have as its guest revival preacher, the Rev. Thomas A. Some of the churches he has served include: Jefferson First United Methodist Church, LaFayette First United Methodist, Maple Avenue United Methodist Church, Marietta, Georgia, West Point First United Methodist Church West Point, Georgia, Saint John United Methodist Church, Atlanta, and Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Marietta before coming to Fayetteville in June.

In additional to being recognized as an outstanding preacher, Rev. Pilgrim is also a gifted writer and author of several six books, which include: Faith For Today - And Tomorrow; The Master Has Come; The Roads Jesus Traveled; Behold The Man; The Man From Galilee; and They Came Together In Bethlehem.

According to host pastor, the Rev. Steve Davidson, special music will be presented by the Chancel Choir plus the additional treat of visiting guest musicians, Jan Baker and Susan Allen, of Barnesville First United Methodist Church's Adult Bell Choir, playing handbells and piano in combination with each other during the Monday, October 27 revival service.

Members and friends of Senoia United Methodist Church cordially invited persons from the community at large to join in these special days of Revival Services.
