Wednesday, October 8, 2003 Clearwater Pointe now in development The model home and 21 other homes marketed by Brayson Homes are under construction in Clearwater Pointe, a new community on McGarity Road, which runs off Ga. Highway 20 East in the McDonough area of Henry County. Brayson Homes is marketing 267 of the approximately 361 homes in the swim and tennis community, which has prices starting in the $140,000s. The company has opened its sales center, and pre-sales are being accepted. Eight different two-story and ranch plans, including some with bonus rooms, are being offered by Brayson Homes. The interiors feature vaulted ceilings, formal dining rooms, hardwood floors and decorative planter shelves, and lawns are fully sodded. Amenities include a swim and tennis complex with a junior olympic pool, children’s playground and six lighted tennis courts. Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes, which was founded in 1977, has sold over 7,000 new homes during its 26-year history.
