Wednesday, October 8, 2003 New faces in new places in local real estate Rachel Barton is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A graduate of The Gaddy School of Real Estate, she is a resident of Newnan. She has been married to Charles (Charlie) Barton for seven years, and they have two daughters, Victoria (Tori), 5, and Alyssa, 3. She is a lifelong member of Heritage Baptist Church in Sharpsburg. She teaches preschool at Heritage Educational Ministry and attends Young Married Couples Association activities, including snow skiing, watersports and four-wheeling. She also enjoys reading. Sissie Carter is now among the full-time Realtors at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. A Georgia native and graduate of the State University of West Georgia, she has more than 15 years experience in sales and sales management, and excels at strategic marketing initiatives. Sissie specializes in Peachtree City, Fayetteville, and Fayette and Coweta counties. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, and resides in Fayetteville. Dan Colwell has joined the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. Colwell, who is former superintendent of the Clayton County Schools, holds B.S.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees from West Georgia College (now the State University of West Georgia). He serves on the Board of Trustees for Clayton College & State University. A Fayette County resident, he is married to Nancy Colwell and has two children, Kelli, 27, and Chad, 22, and two stepchildren, Jennifer, 34, and Erik, 32. He is a member of Providence United Methodist Church. Jessica DeWeese has joined Prudential Georgia Realty’s Peachtree City team. Originally from Temple, Tex., she graduated from East Coweta High School and earned her undergraduate degree at the State University of West Georgia. A resident of Newnan, she concentrates on residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties. Professionally, she has earned Prudential's eCertified Realtor designation. Angel Goodman is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.= She is a resident of Henry County and has been in real estate for one and one-half years. She is married to Gary Goodman and has two children, Jacob, 3, and Dylan, 1. She is a member of Salem Baptist Church in McDonough. Marian R. Hynson is a new agent with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Fayette County resident, she has been in real estate for 14 years. She is married to Ronald H. Hynson Sr., and they have four grown children, Ron Henson Jr., Troy Hynson, Laura Struck, and Joey Hynson; and seven grandchildren, Rina Hynson, Ron Hynson III, T. J. Donna Reynolds is a new sales associate with the Griffin/Spalding County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A resident of Spalding County, she got her training through the MLS Institute. She is married to William Reynolds, and they have six children: Jason, 17, Hannah, 12, Meggie, 10, Naomi, 8, Grace, 6, and Jackson, 8 months old. She is a member of Trinity Reformed Baptist Church. Tong Steinbrecher has joined the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullare Realty as a sales associate. A native of China, she is married to Markus Steinbrecher and resides in Peachtree City. Terri Turner, an Atlanta native now residing in Tyrone, has recently joined Prudential Georgia Realty’s Peachtree City real estate team. She is a graduate of Headland High School and attended Georgia State University. She concentrates on residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties and is also a registered appraiser. When not assisting families with their home-buying needs, she gives back to the community by serving as a Meals on Wheels volunteer for Fayette Senior Services and is a member of the PTO for Burch Elementary School.
