Wednesday, October 8, 2003 Builder group meets Oct. 16 Ed Phillips from the Home Builders Association of Georgia will speak about phase two of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System at the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia’s October meeting. The gathering, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 16, will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at Poplar Grove, 3010 Poplar Rd., Sharpsburg. The sponsor is Builders Insurance Group. The Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia serves builders in Fayette, Coweta, Spalding, Meriwether, Heard, Pike, Upson, Lamar, Butts and Jasper counties.
