Wednesday, October 8, 2003 Beaverbrook Estates introduces first homeowners The Lee family recently became the first homeowners in Beaverbrook Estates, a new Fayette community. The home was built by Martin Homes and marketed by Jan Trammell Real Estate, agent Robin Weaver. Beaverbrook Estates features large half to one acre lots, several basement lots and plenty of trees. The community has three, four and five bedroom plans from the $200,000s to the $300,000s, with elegant brick and stacked stone exteriors. Beaverbrook Estates also offers a swimming pool, club house and playground area, sidewalks and streetlights, and a walking path to Cleveland Avenue Elementary School. Other schools in the district include Fayette Middle School and Fayette High School. The houses in the community are going fast. There have been over 20 sales in the first three months. From Ga. Highway 85, turn right on Ga. Highway 54 at the square in Fayetteville. Turn left on Hueit, and left on Lester Road. Beaverbrook will be the second subdivision on the left.
