2 arrested for burglaries in PTC office park Two suspects have been arrested with more arrests forthcoming for several burglaries at Oak Manor Office Park in Peachtree City Sept. 22. The arrests came after Newnan police served a search warrant at a local motel in connection with a fraud case they were investigating, police said. During the search, police found items that had been taken from the office park burglaries, police said. So far police have arrested Thomas Pendell, 39, of Newnan and Rajesh Kothawala, 48, also of Newnan. The investigation has led to information leading officers to other suspects, police said.
