Wedding Announcements

Purcell-Brownlee

Mr. and Mrs. Harry M. Purcell of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Brooke, to Keith Rhea Brownlee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Brownlee Sr. of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Vera Langston of Fayetteville and Mary W. Purcell of Woodbridge, Va. A graduate of Fayette County High School, she attended Young Harris College where she was a member of Sigma Beta Sigma sorority. She received a degree in journalism from Georgia State University with a major in public relations. While at Georgia State, she was a member of Phi Mu sorority, She currently is a real estate agent with Harry Norman Realtors.
The groom elect is a graduate of Fayette County High School and the University of Georgia. He was a four-year letterman for the university’s baseball program. He currently is employed with Stafford Tractor as a territory manager.
The wedding will be Oct. 18, 2003, at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church, followed by a reception at The Hazelhurst House in McDonough.

Ryan-Callahan

Mr. and Mrs. Sinclair of Newnan announce the engagement of their daughter, Christine Ryan, to Benjamin Callahan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Callahan of Fayetteville.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Hughie and Lynda Lou Lindsey of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Russell and Catherine Sinclair of Pennsville, N.J. A 2001 graduate of Sandy Creek High School, she attended Clayton College and State University. Currently, she is managing a retail cellular store while building an Internet development company.
The future groom is the grandson of Virginia Hebach and the late George Hebach of Morrow, and the late Richard and Mary Virginia Callahan of Rockford, Mich. A 1998 graduate of Sandy Creek High School, he attended Gordon College and presently is a senior partner in business with his future wife.
The wedding will be Oct. 4, 2003, at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.
Following a honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico, the couple will reside in Peachtree City.
