Agents make ‘Communities 100’ list

Three agents from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and one from the Eagle’s Landing Sales Center have been included in Communities Magazine’s annual “Communities 100” listing of Atlanta’s leading residential realtors, based on sales in 2002.

The Bullard honorees include Doug Crumbley and Donna Tidwell from the

McDonough/Henry County office and Susan Clowdus from the Jonesboro/Clayton

County office. Noel Shumann, who is with the Eagle’s Landing Sales Center, has been

included in the listing.

This year, the 17th year that the magazine has announced its “Communities 100”, the publication is once again selecting the leading 100 agents in three categories: New Home Agents, Individual Agents and Team Agents.

Crumbley was recognized for over $8 million in sales, Tidwell for over $14 million, and Clowdus for over $12 million. All three were included in the section on Team Agents.

Shumann, who was included in the section on Individual Agents, was recognized for over $7 million in sales. In addition to selling residential properties in Eagle’s Landing, he handles commercial listings for Killearn Properties and for the surrounding areas of Eagle’s Landing, plus serving as manager for Killearn Properties at the Waterfall development in Rabun

County.
