Wednesday, September 10, 2003 Agents make Communities 100 list Three agents from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and one from the Eagles Landing Sales Center have been included in Communities Magazines annual Communities 100 listing of Atlantas leading residential realtors, based on sales in 2002. The Bullard honorees include Doug Crumbley and Donna Tidwell from the McDonough/Henry County office and Susan Clowdus from the Jonesboro/Clayton County office. Noel Shumann, who is with the Eagles Landing Sales Center, has been included in the listing. This year, the 17th year that the magazine has announced its Communities 100, the publication is once again selecting the leading 100 agents in three categories: New Home Agents, Individual Agents and Team Agents. Crumbley was recognized for over $8 million in sales, Tidwell for over $14 million, and Clowdus for over $12 million. All three were included in the section on Team Agents. Shumann, who was included in the section on Individual Agents, was recognized for over $7 million in sales. In addition to selling residential properties in Eagles Landing, he handles commercial listings for Killearn Properties and for the surrounding areas of Eagles Landing, plus serving as manager for Killearn Properties at the Waterfall development in Rabun County.
