Wednesday, September 10, 2003 Brayson in top-25 listing Brayson Homes Inc. continues to climb upward in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s listing of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Home Builders”. The annual ranking, which was published in the newspaper’s edition for Aug. 29-Sept. 4, had Brayson Homes in the No. 8 position, two places up from last year’s No. 10 listing. The ranking was based on the number of homes closed in 2002. Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes, which was founded in 1977, has sold over 7,000 new homes during its 26-year history. The company is active in Gwinnett, DeKalb, Cobb, South Fulton, Clayton, Coweta, Newton, Paulding and Henry County markets and will soon be building in Spalding and Douglas counties. The Brayson Homes group of builders is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer service. The company has earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council.
