Wednesday, September 10, 2003 Third phase open in Lakeside at Eagle's Landing Oxford Homes has announced the opening of Phase 3 in Lakeside at Eagle’s Landing, a swim and tennis neighborhood at the end of Eagle’s Landing Parkway in the master planned development in Henry County. The new phase, which consists of 55 homesites, makes available a number of basement homesites in the neighborhood, which has homes priced from the $170,000s to the $250,000s. Lakeside, which is in the Hickory Flat and Union Grove School District, has a new decorated and furnished model home open every day from 1 to 6 p.m. More information about the neighborhood can be obtained by calling Barbara Kulik or DeeDee Parrish of Custom Community Marketing, the on-site marketing company for Lakeside, at 770-898-5300. In addition to the model home, there are six other standing homes for prospective homebuyers to walk through. Lakeside is a custom home community where homebuyers can choose from hundreds of plans or bring their own plans. The developer and exclusive builder is Oxford Homes Inc., whose president is Gary Anderson, a Georgia Tech graduate who has been building quality homes in this area for over 30 years.
