CCM expands focus, moves office

Custom Community Marketing, a real estate company which has primarily been known as a specialist in new home sales and marketing, has now moved into the resales market.

The company, which is also known as CCM Real Estate, has also relocated its office to a highly visible location at 909 Eagle’s Landing Pkwy. (Ste. 130) in the Eagle’s Landing Publix Shopping Center. The telephone number is (770) 389-9992.

Owner/Broker Stacey Irwin said of the new office,” Our window space offers the perfect opportunity to showcase our listings to the walk-by traffic.”

Grand opening at the new office will be Thursday, Sept. 18.

The name CCM Real Estate will be utilized in the company’s resales listings, and Custom Community Marketing will be used in marketing homes in residential communities. At present, Custom Community Marketing represents Oxford Homes Inc. in three communities, The Summit at Eagle’s Landing, Lakeside at Eagle’s Landing, and Brentwood in Simpson’s Mill Plantation.

The company, which was founded in January of 1995, is headed by Owner/Broker Stacey Irwin. Holder of a B.A. degree in administration from Georgia State University, she began her career in real estate in 1984. Working first in resales, she later added custom new home sales to her portfolio. She then earned her Broker’s license she served as Broker for the Eagle’s Landing Sales Center prior to helping establish the CCM organization eight years ago.

She is an Active Life Member of the Metro South Association of Realtors and has been recognized as a Million Dollar Agent for 10 years. She has also earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
