Homes in this new phase of The Summit, a neighborhood in the Eagles Landing planned unit development in Henry County, are priced from the $140,000s to the $170,000s. In addition, the nearly-completed second phase has eight homes still available and priced to sell quickly. Located off Hwy. 42, The Summit is in the Hickory Flat and Union Grove school district, and the new phase has a swimming pool for an amenity. The neighborhoods homes feature distinct design elements, and homebuyers have the opportunity to personalize such things as exterior colors, cabinets, flooring and exterior elevations.
