Located on Lower Dixie Lake Rd., which runs off U.S. Highway 29 (Roosevelt Highway), Deer Creek is a streetlight community. Prices of the homes still on the market are in the $140,000s. All but one of the remaining homes are two-story Georgian plans with three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. The other home still for sale is a three bedroom ranch-style home, the company's Magnolia plan. These homes feature an "open" design with a kitchen which leads into a family room with a fireplace. Other special items include a two-story foyer, hardwood entry, a master suite with a garden tub and a separate shower plus a walk-in closet, and a pantry in the kitchen.
