New faces in new places

Phyllis Abbott has joined Re/Max Advantage's Stockbridge office. A newly licensed agent she previously owned a tanning salon franchise and in one year's time achieved the top position out of 18 salons.

Married almost 14 years, Phyllis and her husband, Steve, have three children and reside in Stockbridge.Steve is in the fire sprinkler business.Phyllis is a member of the Humanities Team, a new organization affiliated with the Conversations With God Foundation.She is also a member of the Austin Road Elementary PTA.

Jeannie Booker has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office, located at 2100 Highway 54 East.

She brings 28 years of customer service experience to the company. Previously, she was an international flight attendant for Delta Airlines.

Booker is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, Georgia Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. She will focus on residential home buying and selling needs.

Milton Brown is the new on-site sales associate for Custom Community Marketing in Brentwood in Simpson's Mill Plantation in Henry County.

Chandra Christian has joined the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate.

She has been in real estate for more than two years, completed her real estate training at the MLS Institute and has worked both in resales and in on-site sales of new homes. Her background includes 24 years in customer service with six years as a business manager and five years as a business owner in DeKalb County.

A DeKalb County resident, she has two children, Chenessa, 16; and Steven, 5. She is a member of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and is an active participant at the Gresham Park Recreation Center.

Debbie Ferrero has joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's McDonough/Henry County office as a sales associate.

She has been in real estate for three and one-half years and was previously with Coldwell Banker for two years. She holds the Accredited Buyer Represenatation designation, and she is a member of the Atlanta Commercian Board of Realtors.

A Henry County resident since 1992, she is married to Bruce Ferrero, and they have two children, Nickie, 14; and Jesse, 12.

She is a member of North Henry Baptist Church, where she teaches a Sunday School class for high school girls. She is also a Henry County Republican Party delegate.

Irene Chen-Froehlich is currently working out of the Prudential Georgia Realty Peachtree City office at The Avenue. She is incorporating her extensive background in upscale graphic design in her real estate work. She holds a B.A. in marketing communications from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. While working as a consultant,she completed projects seen regularly in Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping, Vogue, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post.

Froehlich specializes in serving the aviation community in South Fulton, Fayette, Coweta, and Clayton counties.

Mary Lane has joined the team at RE/MAX Advantage.She comes with a background in education, where she taught various high school level classes.Prior to that time, she served in United States Army for nine years.

Mary and her daughter, LeJoi, reside in Atlanta.They are members of Body of Christ Church International, USA, where they actively participate in community outreach programs.

Jennifer E. Lima is a new sales associate with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

She grew up in New York and now lives in Newnan. She is a graduate of East Coweta High School and attends West Georgia University. Her interests include baseball and music.

Steve McLean has joined RE/MAX Advantage's Jonesboro office.He received his training through the Georgia MLS Institute and will be specializing in residential home buying and selling.His educational background and telecommunications network design experience have provided him with public relations experience necessary to be successful in the real estate industry.

A Jonesboro resident, Steve and his wife Michelle, a registered nurse, have one son, Kyle, 3, and are expecting their second child in October.

Adrienne Robinson has joined Re/Max Advantage's Jonesboro office. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, she has a 15-year accounting background.She resides in Riverdale with her two children.

Donna Sibble has joined Re/Max Advantage's Jonesboro office.A native of New Jersey, she relocated to Georgia with her family in 1987 and most recently worked with a consulting firm for the Fulton County Department of Transportation.Prior to that, she worked as a physician/hospital coordinator and as manager of medical affairs at South Fulton Medical Center.She holds an associate's degree in business management and designs Web sites in her spare time.

She has two sons. Her eldest, a recent graduate from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, is pursuing his master's degree in finance at Georgia State University.Her younger son is pursuing his ASC certification at Atlanta Area Technical Institute.
