Georgia's dove hunting
season opens in September and often is seen as the official start to
the fall hunting season.

The Tyrone Recreation
Department is conducting classes for Pee Wee Tennis (ages 4-7) and Youth
Tennis (ages 8-14) each Monday through Sept. 8 at the Shamrock Park
tennis courts. Pee Wee classes are 4-5 p.m. and Youth classes are 5-6
p.m. Cost is $25 for the four-week session.
